  • On Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd May, Christine Ingle, one of our Diocesan Inspectors, came to see all of the wonderful work that goes on here at Holy Rosary. We will inform you of her judgments when the official report is released. This should be in approximately 2 weeks time.
  • As you know, we are moving towards a cashless system. If you have not already registered, could you please do so. If you are having difficulties, please pop into school and we will be able to help you.
  • A copy of our new uniform information letter is available to download under the 'Newsletter' section

Here at Holy Rosary, we believe that all pupils, staff, parents and governors are a part of a community of learning, where standards and expectations are high, and Christ is at the centre of all our teachings.

We seek to further the work of Jesus by expecting, nurturing and demonstrating the fruits the Holy Spirit gives us:

St Paul’s letters to the Galatians, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)

If any of the children display these qualities, they can be awarded the appropriate sticker by staff or by each other. The children are very proud when presented with an award and equally proud of their friends when they receive one. This has helped the children to understand that they are valued and unique, and to appreciate the qualities of other children.

This is what it means for us today.
